Soft-Edit is a curated world of new and vintage treasures rooted in design and storytelling.

Founded by two creatives from Beauty and Editorial spaces, our shop blends sourcing with original works and timeless objects. Each piece is a chapter in our living archive.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from California to Continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. No international shipping at the moment. 

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days 
  • Shipping Methods: USPS or UPS, based on weight and destination
  • Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout, Free on orders $65+ before tax
  • Tracking: Provided with every order, tracking link will be sent via email once item(s) ships


Returns & Exchanges

At Soft-Edit, we curate true vintage and one-of-a-kind items. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges for fit, buyer’s remorse, or condition consistent with vintage wear.

However, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or significantly misrepresented, we offer a limited resolution window.


Eligibility for Return or Resolution

You may request a return, replacement, or partial refund only if one of the following applies:

  • The item arrived damaged (not disclosed in the product description).
  • The item was significantly misrepresented, such as major flaws not shown or described.

Normal vintage wear (including fading, minor distressing, small marks, or sizing variances) is not considered damage.


Return Request Window

To qualify, you must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Requests submitted after 72 hours cannot be accepted due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory.

How to Request a Return or Resolution

Email us at hello@softcorestudio.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. A photo of the shipping label

Our team will review the issue within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.


Final Sale Items

All items are final sale unless they meet the criteria listed above.
Because each vintage piece is unique, please review measurements and photos carefully before purchasing.
